COMMUNITY TICKET PROGRAM
Never been to the Opera before? No worries, your ticket is on us!
Opera Roanoke's FREE COMMUNITY TICKET PROGRAM allows everyone to attend opera performances at no cost. Generously sponsored by Carilion Clinic, this new initiative gives everyone access to high-quality art, no matter their ability to pay. With a focus on low-income and underserved communities, and through partnerships with health and human service organizations, Opera Roanoke will provide free tickets to performances throughout the season.
Eligible performances in the 2024-25 Season are The Turn of the Screw on September 20 (Jefferson Center performance only), and Gianni Schicchi on March 14 and 16, 2025.
Tickets through our free community ticket program must be reserved in advance by calling the box office at (540) 982-2742 or emailing boxoffice@operaroanoke.org.
